Features built for learning on Windows
Hey Lunem is a desktop AI learning companion — not a browser tab. It listens from anywhere, teaches by drawing, and keeps your progress on your device by default.
Voice-first companion
Press Ctrl+Alt+Space (or Ctrl+Shift+Space) from any app. Say “Hey!” and Lunem answers out loud. Stop mid-explanation with Ctrl+Alt+X. Prefer typing? Open the companion window anytime.
Live whiteboard teaching
Ask Lunem to teach a concept and it can sketch the explanation live — shapes, labels, and narration in sequence — instead of dumping a wall of text. Great for physics, processes, diagrams, and “show me how this works.”
Screen tutor
When you allow it, Lunem captures a bounded screenshot and draws temporary numbered points, rectangles, and arrows on your screen to explain what you are looking at. Screen access defaults to ask-every-time, with a kill switch and automatic blocks for sensitive windows like passwords and banking.
Durable local memory
Preferences, goals, and lasting facts are scored and stored on your Windows profile. You can inspect and forget memories in the app. Nothing is silently synced to a Lunem cloud database in the standard public build.
